It's been a while since we last wrote about the Bodie Hodges Foundation and the amazing achievement of Bodie's family in raising money to fund a holiday home for families facing the loss of a child. Four years ago our ex-colleague Nick Hodges and his wife set out to raise money to provide a holiday home to give respite for families. We're delighted to tell you that last October they achieved their goal of creating a lasting legacy in memory of their son Bodie with the opening of 'Bodie's Boat House' on the edge of Tallington Lakes in Stamford, near Peterborough.
We're cock-a-hoop about reaching a tremendous milestone in our company's history and by way of celebrating our 40th year and, as a give-away to our customers, we have had some milk chocolate bars wrapped in a very special Warren personalised sleeve. The chocolate bar wrappers have been printed on LumiArt 115 gsm, supplied by StoraEnso and printed on a five colour Komori 28, using low migration inks and a water-based coating. The wrappers were then trimmed and hand-wrapped and taped and very nice they look too!
Warren's Annual Company Conference, with all staff in attendance, will take place on the evening of Friday 27th January. For this day only, we'll be closing our offices and warehouses at 17.00. We would kindly request that any orders or call-offs are placed by this time.
It is with great sadness that we bring the news that a former colleague of ours- Paul Gardner, passed away on 30th December after some years of ill health.
